Terms

§ 1 General
1. Using Friends Medien's gayBON web sites you agree to be legally bound by these terms, which shall take effect immediately on your first use/visit. If you do not agree please do not access Friends Medien's web sites and registration forms.

2. Friends Medien may change these terms at any time by posting changes online. Please review these terms regularly to ensure you are aware of any changes made by Friends Medien. You continued use of gayBON after changes are posted means you agree to be legally bound by these terms as updated and/or amended.

§ 2 Services
1. Friends Medien provides a platform (gayBON) where advertisers may offer their actual specials, coupons, vouchers tickets etc. Terms and conditions are individually posted on each coupon (gayBON) and they are binding for both parties, the user/member and the advertiser. Advertisers are fully responsible for their savings offered through gayBON.

2. Any purchase made through an advertised offer at gayBON is contracted between the advertiser and the user/member. Friends Medien cannot be held responsible for any damages thereof. 

3. Most offers are limited on a first come, first serve basis. There is no guarantee for availabilty.

§ 3 Membership
1. Offers may be for registered members only. Any user shall file a membership registration before using the gayBON service.

2. With his registration the user confirms his age of 18+.

3. Members must keep their data up-to-date and inform Friends Medien of any changes.

4. Members agree on receiving gayBON News via E-Mail which are related to the gayBON service or its features.

5. Friends Medien cannot be held responsible of member's login data.

§ 4 Duration of Membership
1. Each membership begins with registration and is valid according to printed date on the member card / gayBON Club Card

2. Das Recht zur außerordentlichen Kündigung aus wichtigem Grund bleibt unberührt. Ein wichtiger Grund für Friends Medien bzw. gayBON liegt vor, wenn das Mitglied fortgesetzt und trotz ihm von Friends Medien bzw. gayBON erteilter Abmahnung wesentliche, vertragliche Pflichten verletzt.

3. Friends Medien has the right to deactive any membership and delete member data at any time.

4. Upon termination the member shall return his gayBON Club Card to Friends Medien within 10 days.

§ 5 Fees, Expenses, Dues
1. Membership at gayBON ist free of charge. A one time regstration fee of € 9,90 is due at registration. 

2. Any further activities while using the gayBON services (i.e. purchases etc.) are not included in the membership / registration fees (see also § 2)  

3. In the event that Friends Medien or gayBON acts as an advertiser, offering coupons, tickets or savings, individual advertised conditions for each coupon will apply.

§ 6 Data Protection
With his registration the user / member irrevocably accepts the storage of all personal data provided to Friends Medien. None of this data will be processed to third parties unless required by advertisers, by law, law suites and/or approved copyright infringments.

§ 7 Final
Place of jurisdiction is Ludwigsburg/Germany. Contracts are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The translation of Terms and Conditions in various languages is for courtesy. Precedently is the origin version in German language. Should any single paragraph of these Terms and Condition be or become ineffective, this shall be without prejudice to the remaining paragraphs.
